About a month back, RL Grime performed in Germany’s very own GRETCHEN nightclub, in Berlin. While there, he dropped an unreleased collaboration between Skrillex and What So Not that has electrified the electronic music world. These three artists all have history together, having played together along with Diplo and Carmada on a triple j mix a few months ago. Additionally, RL Grime and What So Not worked together on their hit single, ‘Tell Me‘ which overtook the summer festival circuit in 2014. Now, it is fellow OWSLA members Skrillex and What So Not who are working together, with their collaboration set to be featured on What So Not’s forthcoming EP.
The EP is set to include 4-5 tracks with collaborations with Dillon Francis, Skrillex and possibly A$AP Ferg. The Skrillex collaboration is titled ‘Goh,’ and it was first premiered back in November of 2014. The track features the vocals of KLP, the Australian singer who also performed on What So Not’s ‘Jaguar.’ While it has not been officially confirmed that this is the same track as the one RL Grime previewed at GRETCHEN, they certainly seem very similar.
