Cheap Sunglasses” was released to widespread acclaim and quickly established itself as one of this year’s top summer hits. Well the playful track has now received an equally bright and lighthearted music video to go along with it. Creatively bringing the lyrics and meaning of the song to life, the music video shows RAC and Koma walking to what looks to be a classic “stepford” household for a gig. Inside the house is nothing but materialistic mannequins set up in such a way that they look to be at a party. RAC and Koma play to these seemingly high-class mannequins, while raising a perplexed eyebrow. The song is cleverly depicted and characterized in the music video in a way that isn’t too serious.
