While thousands are planning to descend upon their local Hard or Insomniac Halloween massives, a lesser known event such as Rob Zombie’s Great American Nightmare can sometimes be overlooked. However, their Friday night EDM themed nights have had excellent talent while providing horrifying thrills in the form of scare mazes and houses. The culmination of electronic music at the Great American Nightmare will happen this final Friday the first of November as Destroid and Dirtyphonics will take the stage at the Rob Zombie backed event. Live drum and bass trio, Destroid consists of Excision, Downlink, and KJ Sawka (of Pendulum). While they haven’t been together long, their live act is truly something spectacular and completely different from anything else you’ve seen as far as electronic music goes.
