In a time when most of us are seeking for something exciting to keep us entertained, many have turned to social media challenges to exercise their creativity. deadmau5 has just partnered with Beatsource to launch the latest challenge and for all you DJs out there, this one pertains to you.
deadmau5 and The Neptunes have recently put out a new track called ‘Pomegranate’. Now deadmau5 and Beatsource have come together to bring DJs around the world the newest challenge called “Pomegranate DJ Challenge”. The challenge is relatively simple to be a part of, all you have to do is creatively DJ while using the track Pomegranate. Unlike most social media challenges though, there will be prizes given out to winners! There will be a total of 3 winners with the first place winner receiving a $2000 iTunes gift card and the two runner ups will receive a 1-year subscription to Beatsource. How to Participate
To enter the contest, post a video of yourself on Instagram DJing creatively with deadmau5 and The Neptunes’ track “Pomegranate.” The video must be 60 seconds or less and you must tag @beatsourceofficial, @deadmau5, and use the hashtag #PomegranateDJChallenge in your post. Entries close on July 8 at 11:59 p.m. PT and will be judged on creativity by the Beatsource team. Beatsource and deadmau5 will announce the winner on July 15.
