Utah’s biggest music festival is right around the corner, a little over a month until V2 Presents: Das Energi. This event takes place on the gorgeous shores of The Great Salt Lake at The Great Saltair on Friday and Saturday, August 17th & 18th.
Similar to the previous year, Das Energi offers three stages. The indoor stage being Synergy Station, offering full bars and balcony views to those 21+. Energi Field: Temple of Boom is definitely the crowds favorite for reasons like its impressive sound system! Finally, along the lake bed is Galactic Flats which offers a sandy dance floor and a plethora of art installations.
However, this year’s Das Energi is going above and beyond to surpass any expectations from years prior. This year boasts a capacity of nearly 20,000 people. Also, they’ve opened up extra beach area for more vendors and of course dance room!
Also, new to this year you can win a trip to see Kaskade in Utah. Kaskade has teamed up with Das Energi to give two lucky fans the trip of a lifetime. The winners of the competition will be flown from anywhere in the country to Salt Lake City and provided with all accommodations.
