The iconic duo, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike have always embraced every opportunity that has been presented to them. Now they are taking an even more unexpected move in furthering their careers. The duo have officially become actors as they have made their unexpected, yet welcomed debut in a Belgian film entitled ‘Patser‘. The now well-known word translate to gangsta – and judging by the official movie teaser (now live), it most definitely lives up to its name.
When one thinks of a typical gangster film there are a few key elements that are usually incorporated: women, drugs, weapons, violence, among much more! Although it is slightly difficult to get a good grasp of the film’s plot based solely off of its trailer as it only shows a wide range of fast-paced clips – the description found through YouTube give it’s viewers a more in-depth look.
The movie’s writer and director, Adil El Arbi & Bilall Fallah, “tell the story of the lives of four dealer friends, who want to become real life swaggers. Everything spins out of control when they steal a shipment of cocaine and trigger a full out war between them, an Amsterdam drug lord and the ruthless Colombian cartels.”
