For those of us who didn’t have the opportunity to make it to Bonnaroo 2016, the three-day music and arts festival in Manchester, Tennessee, fear not – technology, once again, will satisfy your FOMO. Or hey – maybe you did attend, but want to relive it. Either way, we’ve got the answer to your problems.
Follow the Unicorn: A 360 Bonnaroo Adventure is a virtual reality video recap of this year’s festival that happened back in June in a venue referred to as “The Farm.” The video uses Samsung’s Gear 360 camera and VR technology to give viewers a four-minute look into the magical weekend the festival provided for its attendees. Performances in the video include Purity Ring, M83 and Borns.
The video was created in partnership with Samsung at the festival. Your best bet is to watch it via a Gear VR headset, but you can also check it out on YouTube or Facebook.
