Denver based artist Nikademis has released his final track off of his debut EP ‘Stepping Out Of Shadows‘. Titled, ‘Lose It All‘, join in on what might be one of his most emotional tracks to date.
‘Lose It All’ is a captivating track that blends the delicate beauty of a piano melody with intricate mid tempo melodic dubstep elements. The song opens with a beautiful piano riff that sets both a haunting but hopeful tone, drawing listeners in before the beat drops. Josh Rubin’s vocal performance adds depth and intensity to the lyrics, which explore themes of uncertainty, doubt, and a fear of losing the connection with the other person. The dubstep elements in the song are expertly crafted, providing a driving rhythm that complements the emotional intensity of the vocals. “‘Lose It All’ has been a special composition for me ever since I first sat down and wrote the initial melody. I knew there was a story to be told with it and that it needed a vocal that was incredibly special and evoked an abundance of emotions for the listener. I had asked Josh to help fulfill that vision for the song, and he completely brought the story to life. His performance and story telling evokes a special set of emotions that compliments the production so beautifully, and I’m so excited that we get to finally share this one with everyone!”
Known for his dark, mysterious soundscapes and contrasting empowering melodies and vocals, Nikademis has quickly gained popularity in the EDM scene. Originally from Long Island, the 25-year-old producer has achieved significant success with tracks like ‘I Don’t Wanna Know’ with Friendzone and Candace Sosa, ‘Talking to Ghosts’ with We are Fury and SOUNDR, and his official remix of ‘U & Me’ from ILLENIUM’s GRAMMY-nominated album ‘Fallen Embers.’ His unique sound and style have earned him support from prominent artists such as ILLENIUM, Dabin, William Black, Blanke, and others.
