The Dance icon received this hot new remix from one of the founding acts of the scene.
Renowned DJ and producer Macon has unveiled a powerful reinterpretation of Tiësto‘s hit track ‘Drifting‘, featuring the voice of Poppy Baskcomb. A fresh flip of the original tune, the remix is part of the new Drifting (Remixes) EP that sees a bunch of esteemed artists flip that track. The lineup, apart from Macon, includes SISTEK, KREAM, Koven, Jengi, and Wildstylez.
As an early pioneer of the Hyper-Techno genre, Macon has rapidly risen to prominence in the scene. His productions are clever and skilful, and earned him a Grammy nomination for his work on the Kx5 album track ‘Avalanche‘. He’s also worked with industry luminaries such as Oliver Heldens, Sander van Doorn, and Tiësto himself. Last year, Macon was crowned SoundCloud’s Top Streamed Electronic Artist.
