The much-anticipated iPhone 16 has an upcoming date for its announcement and it is September 9th. Just like previous iPhone announcements in the past, this date will have millions of people worldwide eagerly tune in to see and hear which features that this new smartphone will provide. The time for the announcement date of iPhone 16 will be 10 a.m. PST/1 p.m. EST and the announcement’s location is the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Park in Cupertino, CA. To celebrate this occasion and the inclusion of a new product in the Apple family, the event’s tagline is, “It’s Glowtime”.
The most prominent features of the new iPhone 16
According to an article from The Verge, the global tech giant that is Apple will utilize the announcement as an event to showcase the full lineup. In this lineup, the iPhone 16 Plus, 16 Pro, and 16 Max, will join the regular iPhone 16 itself. Furthermore, the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus may have a vertically aligned camera system in the back of the phones. Meanwhile, the 16 Pro and 16 Max will keep the three-camera layout but the screens might be bigger.
All four models of this smartphone are expected to have the “Action Button” and may also have an additional button. This new button is for capturing videos and photos, though it is not certain if this button will be just for the Pro model or for the other models of the iPhone 16 as well. Last but not least, Phanroid also stated that the event may feature the introduction of the Apple Watch Series 10, the Apple Watch Ultra 3, and also a couple versions of new AirPods.
