Sonus Festival has released its final lineup editions as well as day splits and stage breakdowns for its upcoming event at Zrće Beach, Croatia this August 18-22.
About Sonus Festival
This forward-thinking house and techno festival is known for putting the music first. Over the last decade-plus, the festival — which was one of the first to arrive in the region — merges travel with culture, partying, and first-class holiday experiences. Its “in music and nature we trust” ethos has earned it a global reputation, and consequently dancers travel from all over the planet to play their part in this authentic beach experience, backed by stunning scenery under a canopy of both twinkling stars and beaming sun in equal measure.
Once they arrive in the naturalistic haven of Zrće Beach on Pag Island, daily woes melt away as the glistening Adriatic Sea and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets provide nourishment for mind, body, and soul. The music plays out across three of the most renowned open-air venues in Europe for five days and nights of almost non-stop adventure that is punctuated with boat parties, afterparties, and an endless array of extras. From water-sports, kayaking, rock climbing, and quad bike hire, to bungee jumping, wind and kite surfing; from wellness and relaxation to the cultural riches, history, architecture, and cuisine offered in the nearby Novalja, there is no end to the fun that can be had at Sonus, all with local accommodation to suit a variety of budgets.
The Lineup
For its 11th edition, Sonus will feature Paradise founder and global house tastemaker Jamie Jones on the lineup, as well as long-time techno pioneer, Berghain mainstay and Figure label head Len Faki. Joining them are the fearless, London-based HE.SHE.THEY. resident SYREETA who is known for her adventurous, multi-genre selections, and endlessly innovative tech house producer and electrifying DJ Wade.
In addition, there will be special, three-hour back-to-backs that will allow artists to sonically meander in unison, as Jamie Jones pairs off with the Metamorfosi founder Joseph Capriati for what will be a deep dive into the freshest house and techno, while Loco Dice B2B Seth Troxler will see the two titans serve up their thrilling, party-starting sounds, weighty grooves and colourful curveballs.
All this comes on top of an already announced list of irresistible names from across the spectrum such as 999999999, Adam Beyer, Archie Hamilton, Ben Klock b2b Marcel Dettmann, Chris Stussy, Enzo Siragusa, Indira Paganotto, Loco Dice, Marco Carola, Reinier Zonneveld live, Ricardo Villalobos, Richie Hawtin, Robert Hood, Sama’ Abdulhadi, Seth Troxler, Sven Väth, Vintage Culture and more.
