Two of electronic music’s greatest made the most of their time overseas. Illenium and Martin Garrix both played Creamfields in Hong Kong a couple of weeks ago. And over the weekend, both posted that they met up in the studio in Tokyo to work on some music! Martin is seen holding a guitar but other than that, no other information has been released.
To no one’s surprise, the internet is all for it. With intense die hard followings for both artists, it’s going to be hard to not get excited to hear what the two can create. Hopefully we can get some teases of whatever they have created during festival season. If anything, we’ll hope to have an official release by the end of the year!
b2b’s and collabs are popping up all over lately. Just this weekend, Anyma and Eric Prydz dominated Coachella on the new Quasar stage. It’s great to see artists pushing themselves out of their comfort zones to provide us with fresh & interesting tunes for our ears.
