Washington D.C.-based producer Eyezic discovered his musical calling after a serious injury halted his collegiate athletic career. Transitioning to crafting compelling melodic trap, bass, and house music, he is now making a return to Lost In Dreams Records with his first standalone single, ‘A Moment Apart.’ The track delicately balances the weight of a breakup with a distant sense of hope, offering a tender groove as a reminder that healing takes time.
This rising talent explores the theme of heartbreak and separation in ‘A Moment Apart,’ depicting the painful distance between two lovers on the brink of a breakup. The track features somber vocal loops, detuned synth stabs, moody pads, sharp claps, breakbeat drums, lush vocal harmonies, and melancholic piano keys. Serving as the lead single from his upcoming EP, the song captures the emotional complexity of a relationship in turmoil.
