This track premiered much earlier at Ultra Australia 2023 back in April when the Dutch maestro played the track with the Melbourne-born DJ. Fast-forward to Dec. 1, 2023, Hardwell and ShortRound had finally unveiled ‘Goes Like This’ to the music world, particularly with the Electronic music community as a whole. This track is a hot Techno jam that begins with Hardwell saying “I had a dream last night. And when I woke up, the only thing I could remember…was a melody…that goes like this“. Afterwards, the track enters a sonic soundscape that fills up the air with energetic beats and hypnotic synths. Hardwell and ShortRound’s release of ‘Goes Like This’ is not the only time that both artists worked with one another.
ShortRound featured alongside Georgi on FOVOS‘s track, ‘Don’t Let Me Go’, which released on Hardwell’s Revealed Recordings label (and also the same label that features ‘Goes Like This’). The latest from Hardwell and ShortRound will definitely not be the last time both artists collaborate.
