Swiss DJ/producer duo Adriatique have released their latest track, ‘The Future Is Unknown’, on their new record label, X Recordings. ‘The Future Is Unknown’ is the world-famous duo’s first track on their new imprint and this track features mysterious but also captivating vocals from German singer Delhia De France. Adriatique’s ‘The Future Is Unknown’ is a phenomenal start for X Recordings.
The release of the track provided the perfect start for the X Recordings label, especially since the duo has been showcasing their top-notch mesmeric project, ‘Adriatique Present X’, to the music world for the past few years. The track is a wonderful blend of melodic house and techno that Adriatique brought out and it shows why the duo of Adrian Shala and Adrian Schweizer still produce fantastic music for over a decade now. Additionally, X Recordings is not the first label that the duo has introduced to the music world. The leading-edge duo from Zürich had also released their first label, Siamese, back in 2016 and they followed up with the release of their debut album two years later, Nude.
Returning to 2023, Adriatique still make and release innovative tracks. In this year, the duo released ‘Beyond Us (Hatshepsut Version)’ with Eynka, a remix of Elderbrook‘s ‘I Need You’, ‘Desire’ alongside Marino Canal, ‘Miracle’ with WhoMadeWho, and ‘With You’ alongside Gordo. Furthermore, ‘Miracle’ got a remix by RÜFÜS DU SOL themselves as well. The release of ‘The Future Is Unknown’ and the introduction of the X Recordings imprint will provide that amazing conclusion to Adriatique’s 2023 and the future continues to shine even brighter for the two Adrians.
