After a relatively understated product announcement just a week ago, which only unveiled a new pencil, Apple appears to be gearing up for a significant product launch next week. This anticipation arises from a recent teaser posted by the company, although the specific products in the pipeline remain uncertain. However, many speculators believe that the upcoming reveal will feature a fresh lineup of Mac models.
This conjecture stems from a report by Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman. He highlights that the Apple iMac and MacBook Pro are currently showing extended shipping times on Apple’s website. Therefore, strongly suggesting an imminent product update. Furthermore, the decision to hold a full-fledged event for the product launch, rather than just issuing a press release, strongly indicates a major unveiling.
There are speculations suggesting that Apple could unveil its anticipated M3 processor alongside the new Macs at the event. This comes after previous rumors about a new iPad lineup turned out to be false, as Apple chose to introduce an upgraded version of its Apple Pencil accessory instead.
Apple’s product launch event is scheduled for October 30th, at 5:00 PM (Pacific Time).
