Just a few weeks ago we shared the news of the new DRUMSHEDS venue opening in autumn 2023. Today Broadwick Live announce their first series of DRUMSHEDS music show along with their partners. The venue will host 12 shows for their debut, featuring world class talent.
The opening season’s first headliners will include Gorgon City, Worried About Henry, Andy C, The Hydra, and Charlotte De Witte to name a few. The full lineup will follow in August. Each week for the autumn and winter seasons, the impressive warehouse in North London’s Meridian Water zone will house about 15,000 attendees. Broadwick has promised to deliver a one-of-a-kind, bespoke ‘live’ experience through a breathtaking lineup, forward-thinking production and ingenious venue. What’s On – October 7-December 16, 2023
La Discothèque – October 7, 2023
The first show that will showcase singing, dancing disco party, the La Discothèque Orchestra. Evelyn King and Jocelyn Brown, the two famous disco queens will be joined by Kenny Dope, Hercules & Love Affair, DJ Dope and many more. Get ready to enjoy a night with sequins, dancers, spangles and a lot more.
Gorgon City – October 14, 2023
Techno and house lovers get ready for your first show at the most anticipated venue of the year: DRUMSHEDS. After a successful era of Printworks, the creators will be bringing Gorgon City, the English duo to inaugurate this space for all dance music lovers. Gorgon City will bring the heat to the dancefloor with an extended set. Joining them will be the likes of ANDHIM, Armand Van Helden, Korolova, Oden & Fatzo and many more.
Bugged Out! – October 21, 2023
This will be a celebration of an electro-crossover dance party including Hot Chip, Orbital (live), Erol Alkan, Miss Kittin and more.
Elrow Horroween – October 28, 2023
The name says it all, behold for a Halloween to remember with the Elrow label. House music lovers are in for a treat as DRUMSHEDS will be throwing the most iconic and largest party in London. More details to follow.
Worried About Henry – November 11, 2023
As promised DRUMSHEDS will be delivering a diverse set of events, Worried About Henry will bring all the bass heads together. The full lineup will be announced on the 30th of August.
Paradise – November 18, 2023
Welsh house producer Jamie Jones will bring his brand Paradise to this nomadic warehouse space. House lovers get ready for an unforgettable night.
Piano People – November 19, 2023
Get ready for the African sub-genre Amapiano festival hosted by the Piano People, with Major League DJz headlining. They will bring some of the biggest names in this genre for an all day showcase.
Camelphat – November 25, 2023
The Grammy-nominated, London duo Camelphat will create their mark at this new venue. The roster to join them will be announced by the end of August.
False Idols – December 2, 2023
More details to follow on August 30th. But if you are looking for a musical and spiritual journey, look no further. Challenge your beliefs and discover freedom on the dancefloor with False idols.
The Hydra – December 8, 2023
Hydra closed out the first iteration of DRUMSHEDS with their shows To Be & Not To Be. They had five B2B shows at Printworks across Easter earlier this year. We are excited to see the pool of artists they bring along for their debut at the new DRUMSHEDS.
KNTXT – December 9, 2023
Another long drawn relationship with Broadwick is Charlotte De Witte’s KNTXT. The Belgian techno DJ will bring her label and concept with a selection of special guests on December 9th.
Más Tiempo – December 16, 2023
The closing party of the season will be by none other than the house label – Más Tiempo, by Skepta and Jammer. The biggest party of December by the forward thinking label will be making a splash in the scene with a number of special guests to be announced.
DRUMSHEDS as a cultural project is about creativity and impact at scale.
