Returning for its second year is San Francisco’s Portola Festival, set to take place at the city’s Pier 80 September 30th – October 1st, 2023. Featuring headliners Skrillex and Eric Prydz presents HOLO, this year’s gathering boasts a killer lineup with Polo & Pan, Nelly Furtado, Dom Dolla, Labrinth, Thundercat, Carl Cox (hybrid set), Charlotte De Witte, Bonobo, Masego, Basement Jaxx (DJ set), and many more.
Produced by Coachella creators, Goldenvoice, Portola will take place for the second time at Pier 80, a million-square-foot shipping pier owned by the Port of San Francisco. Goldenvoice’s Senior vp/talent buyer Danny Bell said:
One of the things I learned from [Goldenvoice CEO and Coachella Co-Founder] Paul [Tollett], just how personal you can make these lineups and see how people are more interested in a festival with a personality and a concept behind it instead of just a collection of artists that on paper seem as if they could sell a certain amount of tickets at a certain ticket price.
Tickets for Portola go on sale Monday, May 22. You can register for first access here. Tickets are priced from $229.95 + fees for a one-day General Access ticket, and a two-day VIP pass is currently sold at $599.99 + fees.
