What better way to celebrate ‘I Love U’ Day in NYC during AAPIH month than at a crazy party with Yellow Claw, JVNA, & SAYMYNAME spinning? This Saturday, catch dutch duo Yellow Claw returning to New York City for Chinese Valentine’s Day. Joining them will be Taiwanese-American DJ/Produer, JVNA, who is sure to throw down emotional, heart pounding beats for the holiday. The event will take place at the legendary King’s Hall @ Avant Gardener. Be sure to grab your tickets here before they sell out!
Inspired by Valentine’s Day culture in Asia, May 20 is written out 520 and when those numbers are pronounced in Chinese, they sound similar to “I love you”. 520 is used as slang online to say “I love you”, just like ILY is used to say that in English. There’s no better occasion to express love during AAPIH month than to celebrate with music and dancing.
Yellow Claw will be supported by well-known artist SAYMYNAME, a pioneer of the hardtrap genre fusing hardstyle and trap. He’s sure to thrown down an epic set with some the of the biggest bone shaking beats for the holiday.

ABOUT THE VENUE
Avant Gardner is the quintessential Brooklyn warehouse venue, that’s anything but. A massive and soaring space, its exposed beams and brick walls evoke a familiar industrial aesthetic while containing boundless possibilities for transforming the space. An array of moving lights shine down from high in the ceiling, while a two-level platform gives a viewpoint over The Great Hall’s enormous dance floor. This is where Yellow Claw and Co. will take the stage. Expect massive production for this special event and a few other surprises.
