This past weekend, Whyte Fang AKA Alison Wonderland, arrived in Brooklyn, New York to launch her brand new record label called FMU Records. The Aussie DJ And producer announced that this new alias has been 10 years in the making and that there is no time like now to bring Whyte Fang to light. To commemorate the launch of the new label, she threw an intimate warehouse party inside a chocolate factory alongside her label mates.
The event started off with a meet & greet for some of the artist’s most loyal fans who had purchased VIP tickets to the show. Following the meet & greet, fans got the chance to partake in a Q&A session where Whyte Fang shared more about her project. Shortly after, the music began as her label mates kicked off the event.
The FMU Records Warehouse Party saw performances from artists including Jon Casey, Dabow, sumthin sumthin, VILLA, Aliiias and of course a very special live set from Whyte Fang herself. After the opening acts took place, there was a bit of stage change as Whyte Fang appeared inside a cube shaped stage where she performed inside the LED paneled walls. As announced during the Q&A session, Whyte Fang not only played the released songs off her forthcoming album but she actually played every song from her new album hidden inside her live set to give fans a sneak preview.
Needless to say, the dark ambiance and heavy bass of this new alias will strengthen her fanbase as Alison continues to push this new Whyte Fang project. She will make her next appearance as Whyte Fang next month at Coachella which will be the same weekend her highly anticipated album releases. While we wait for next music, check out her latest song that just released this Friday called ‘SCREAM‘.
