Dreamstate announced their return to the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino this fall. It takes place on November 18th and 19th. Insomniac wanted to thank their dedicated Dreamers for keeping their tier 0 pricing the same. Passes will be available on Friday, July 15 at 12pm PT.
