The 1605 boss, UMEK returns with ‘Dark Market‘ a hard-hitting techno track perfect for the dancefloor. This is the legend’s first 2022 release in which the Slovenian producer shows off his impressive production skills.
Last year was an amazing time for UMEK with several live performances and many top-selling tracks on Beatport. Now, the legend presents a double single that celebrates the return of music in clubs, festivals, and other places where we can meet. After some releases on Filth on Acid, Suara, and more techno labels, he releases ‘Dark Market’.
‘Dark Market‘ As its name indicates, is a journey to the darkest of a point of sale, for example, the market that we can find on the dark web. It is a hard track with very dark atmospheres and breakdowns that can make more than one feel lonely but with enough courage to get out of there. One more clear sign of UMEK’s consistency as a producer.
While ‘Dream Logic‘ has more characteristic elements in UMEK’s sound with a clear reference to parts more typical of the scene in the 90s. It is more relaxed and happy than ‘Dark Market’ but it is still a good techno track, ideal to be enjoyed in a warehouse at the edge of the night.
