Esteemed UK duo Snakehips just teamed up with Tchami for an exciting new collaboration titled ‘Tonight‘. The production prowess of two major house artists brings us a powerhouse banger ready for action. We see its release on Snakehips’ label Never Worry Records.
The track contains choppy, nostalgic R&B vocals intertwined with piano stabs. From the beginning, it drops and makes you sway. Showing off all the house swagger both artists bring to their unique sound styles, it showcases a perfect blend of each. A melodic synth dances across the melody while the bassline grinds into it. Stuttering sonic instrumentals sprinkle themselves in the background but the song pushes through to the end. The breakdowns give you soulful, angelic vocals that leave you wanting more. But then it’s back to the drop.
It’s no wonder that the duo paired with Tchami, known for his heavenly take on house music. His sound modernized the genre into what it is today. The French producer shows no signs of stopping and has been quite busy with his full-length album release of Year Zero.
