Wealthy fans of Eric Prydz are in luck – he’s selling his $2 million pad in London, complete with an indoor hot tub and floating staircase.
The Swedish DJ’s home in Chiswick is listed for £1.55million, the Daily Mail reported on Tuesday. It is a monochrome, 30-foot open plan living flat with double volume ceilings. A black floating staircase goes over the kitchen in a loft setup. The indoor hot tub can be seen from the sofa on the ground floor.
Floor-to-ceiling glass give the space a lot of light, but blackout blinds offer complete privacy. It has the ability to transform into a nightclub of sorts, and even has a secure gated entrance. The outdoor area is as long as the property itself, meaning that the party can be taken outside.
“This apartment is truly unique because of the fantastic light coming in from floor-to-ceiling windows,” said the real estate agent for the property, James Cox of Fletchers.
“It’s rare to find a property in London that can offer sheer size and height, but it offers double volume ceilings, an abundance of space and a modern open-plan design that’s sure to appeal to buyers.”
The “Opus” producer’s abode has two double bedrooms with walk-in closets. The second floor also has a shower suite and sauna. Other features include a gym, underground parking and a garden.
It is part of Chiswick Green Studios, which is about a half-mile away from the Chiswick Park Station. The average Chiswick property sold for £1,027,569, based on 508 homes sold last year.
In September, Prydz put his Los Angeles mansion in Beachwood Canyon on the market for $5.9 million, according to Dirt. He had finalized his divorce with his now ex-wife Sofie earlier in the year and had reported plans to relocate back to Sweden.
