It’s always refreshing to hear a tune that makes us stop & say “Woah“. Today, I got to experience this for myself thanks to the Las Vegas-based black a.m. In the past, we’ve written about black a.m., thanks in part to his steady stream of releases, and constant gigs. Today, we write about the former, in the shape of his latest offering, ‘The Fault‘. If you’re into catchy samples, or just like house music, then this is a tune you don’t want to miss.
The Fault
The last time we wrote about a black a.m. tune, it was for his recent release, titled ‘Please Don’t Go‘. Now, we bring you ‘The Fault’. ‘The Fault’ continues the trend of turning house music on its side, by being a bit different, but in the best way possible. Where ‘Please Don’t Go’ featured guitar riffs & vocal chops, ‘The Fault’ features arpeggios & vocal samples. In addition to this, the tune features some pretty neat grooves, that will get even the staunchest house-heads dancing along.
With a total runtime of 4:26, the ‘The Fault’ is catchy enough to keep us hooked for the whole thing. If you’re feeling like getting lost for a few minutes, then this is a track that you don’t want to miss. With that said, black a.m.’s ‘The Fault’ is out now on iamrecords and can be streamed below, enjoy!
