Charles D is one of the more interesting artists as of late, and for good reason. The man is good. For proof of this, look no further than his discography. Recently, we shared news with you about a recent announcement from Eric Prydz regarding a new Charles D track. Now, we are happy to announce the track itself, titled ‘Twenty Twenty‘ is finally out! If you’re into Charles D, you do not want to miss this one.
Twenty Twenty
‘Twenty Twenty’ is a deep, progressive house type of song. The tune features vocals from MANSHN. With that said, the songs vocals are a bit eerie, if only because the title alludes to what I can only assume is the year 2020. They are as follows:
‘Are You Listening To Their Cries,
I think I’ve had enough your lies,
We’ve watched you fall and drown,
We laughed as the world comes crashing down,
Are you listening?’
As someone who closely followed the events of the last year, I can’t help but to relate. It is neat to me, to see Charles & MANSHN channeling their energy into such a powerful track.
If you’re fan of PRYDA PRESENTS releases, Charles D, or just good music, then this is a song for you. With a run time of only 2:57, this one feels longer than it actually is. Having said that, I cannot wait to hear the extended version of this. I’m sure hearing this live will be amazing as well. Charles D’s ‘Twenty Twenty’ alongside MANSHN is out now on PRYDA PRESENTS, and can be streamed below, enjoy.
