Ultra Worldwide‘s RESISTANCE is officially coming back to Australia. However, this is the first time that RESISTANCE will go on as a stand-alone event. The festival will take place in Melbourne on New Year’s Eve. Obviously, Ultra is very excited to give fans from all over the world the chance to experience techno’s finest at the iconic warehouse venue ‘The Timber Yard‘, which will be transformed into the “ultimate techno playground”. Please note that this time, the festival will only take place in Melbourne. As some of you may know, last year’s RESISTANCE had two different locations: Sidney and Melbourne.
Based on past history, RESISTANCE Australia will undoubtedly be a huge success. As a matter of fact, the 2020 edition of Ultra Australia already presented the stage and it was a real triumph. This time, being a stand-alone event, RESISTANCE will probably feature a lot of very popular names and a unique environment. If you remember correctly, last year’s RESISTANCE hosted headline performances from Cirez D, Luciano, Eats Everything, Deborah De Luca and UMEK, just to name a few.
Last year, Ultra Taiwan was one of the only festivals to take place in the pandemic. After a year and a half of cancellations, lawsuits and uncertainty, Ultra seems to be ready for a big comeback.
