It’s one after and another. We can’t seem to catch a break. Now, another festival is in danger of being canceled. Bonnaroo‘s cancelation, however, has nothing to do with Covid 19. This time we have some awful weather to blame. Due to the wet conditions caused by Hurricane Ida, the festival is facing major hurdles. According to the dance music news account @TheFestiveOwl this might end up leading to a complete shutdown of the festival. The news caused a big reaction inside the community.

Reaction To Possible Bonnaroo Cancelation
The news of Bonnaroo’s cancelation sparked a huge number of reactions, especially on Twitter. People are angry, afraid, and want answers. At the end of the day, we can’t control the weather. There isn’t anything to do but hope this can get sorted out in some way. The main problem, as mentioned, appears to be the lack of camping space. People all over the internet, along with the festival crew, are trying to reduce the number of people planning to attend the festival.
2020 was a year without festivals. Events like these are not something we need right now. However, as I said, there’s no controlling the weather. Right now, there’s no saying what’ll happen. All we can do is have hope.
Since this is happening currently, we’ll try to follow the story and keep you all notified as soon as we learn something. Make sure to pay special attention to anything posted through the Bonnaroo social profiles. This is a very serious matter and could end up turning into a dangerous situation. Let’s hope for the best and take every necessary precaution.
