The creators of CRSSD bring back Day MVS this year to help us cope with their missed March event. Coming to San Diego’s Waterfront Park from August 7th-8th, join Fisher, Lane 8, MK, Monolink, Nora en Pure, and more for a weekend of house and techno. Earlier this week, CRSSD also teased a possible return of their fall event and we cannot wait. We’re anxiously staying tuned to their socials for more information.
For those that haven’t been to this venue, it’s a beautiful stretch of land nestled right next to the water. Set your eyes on the sunset with a pirate ship docked along the horizon. The theme is minimalism with just the right amount of food, music, and art. Dance in the water fountains, or lay down on the grass in front of City Hall. Felix da Housecat, Francesca Lombardo, Lee K, and Yung Bae will be there, and Yotto is playing a back-to-back set with Jeremy Olander while Tiga also goes back-to-back with Danny Daze. This inaugural August edition is exciting news as it will host a multitude of prolific artists.
If house and techno are for you, then check this festival out. Event organizers of CRSSD never disappoint. The last Day MVS event hosted Lane 8, Shiba San, Luttrell, and more at Petco Park in Downtown San Diego. It took place in November, but this year they’re packing a mid-summer punch. I know we’ve all been dying to get back out there and dance our hearts out into the night. Bring your House x Techno bomber jackets and get your Instagram cameras ready. Take some time to relax in beautiful San Diego.
