It’s always a good day when Boris Brejcha drops new music. Today, it’s a good day three times over. I say this, as Boris put out a new three-track body titled EXIT EP. It is his single largest offering of music since last year’s 12-track album, Space Driver. The last time we wrote about the Venetian mask-wearing Boris Brechja, it was in regards to his aptly-named single titled ‘House Music‘. This was early last month. Now, we are writing about his EXIT EP, and I think you are going to love it.
EXIT EP
Boris’ EXIT EP is made up of 3 songs, each just as good as the last. The opening track is eponymously named ‘Exit‘, and features what sounds like the evacuation sequence of a spaceship of some sort. It is easily the hardest track of three, in my opinion. ‘The Caravan‘ reminds me of a circus of sorts, as it features some of the most playful melodies I’ve heard in a very long time. This is honestly a tune that I can’t wait to hear played out live. It also features some neat sound design that I can’t get enough of. ‘Cruise Lane‘ is arguably the most progressive of the three, and is a smooth 8 minutes, and 5 seconds long. If you’ve recently been looking for great music to listen to, congratulations, you’ve found it here.
With a total runtime of 23 min 50 sec, Boris Brejcha’s EXIT EP is quite the musical journey. If you’re a fan of Boris, his Hi-Tech Minimal Sound, or just good music, then this is an EP for you. Boris Brejcha’s EXIT EP is out now on Ultra Records, and can be streamed below, enjoy!
