Timmy Trumpet has enjoyed quite a meteoric rise over the years, and we couldn’t be happier for him. Most recently, he was awarded the number ten spot on DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs list. Whether you agree with the rankings or not, placing in this poll is an accomplishment in itself – one that typically results in bigger paychecks, and more gigs. It’s a true measure of success, I would say. Another measure could be said to be the release of a debut album. Today, that is exactly what we’re here to share.
Mad World
Trumpet recently announced that he’d be releasing his debut album, titled ‘MAD WORLD’. If you’re a fan of his music, I think you’re going to love it. In the lead-up to the album, we’ve seen Timmy release the eponymously named, lead single in ‘Mad World‘ alongside Gabry Ponte. In addition to this, he’s released a number of tracks alongside other EDM heavyweights in 2020. This includes artists such as ‘The Prayer‘ with KSHMR & Zafrir and ‘The King‘ with Vitas. He dropped ‘Tarantino’ with Steve Aoki and ‘Falling‘ with Nicky Romero this year as well.
While the tracklist for ‘Mad World’ is not out yet, I’d like to believe that we can expect to see these releases on the album. It’s scheduled to be released on December 4th, 2020. If you’re a fan of Timmy Trumpet and his eclectic take on dance music, then this is an album that you won’t want to miss.
