Every now & then, a new DJ pops up out of nowhere and takes the world by storm. While REBŪKE isn’t exactly a newer artist, I would say he was definitely taking the dance world by storm. Pre-COVID hit of course. It can be said that he is a DJ who’s seen a significant rise in his popularity over the past year + or so. If you’re familiar with the Irish DJ/Producer, then I’m sure I don’t have to convince you of it. If you’re not familiar, just know, REBŪKE’s known for his ability to rock a dance floor. He is also known for his melding of sounds both new, and old. Some rather tantalizing beats, some would say. The man is definitely in high demand. So much so, that he debuted his own Essential Mix on BBC Radio 1 over the weekend.
Over the course of two hours, REBŪKE takes us on a literal journey through sound & time. Over the course of these two hours, he gives us his take on techno, which is much appreciated. In addition, he plays some tech-house, as well as some good old progressive house.
