Starting off, ATTLAS introduces us to the remix with a soft and celestial sounding production. However, it quickly snaps into place once the vocal swell brings the driving kick and silky synth into the mix. On his remix, the artist maximizes the utility of the powerful vocal by giving it a wide depth. This works wonders alongside the lush and grand swelling pads, especially considering how radiant and celestial the soundscape is.
In comparison, the original dance track which kicks off with a guitar riff, focuses on the vocals much more. ATTLAS opted to make the vocals blend within the production while ARTY had them lead and put them up front. Entirely different approaches, but both provide a unique listening experience that’s worthwhile.
