Today we bring you a couple of newcomers to EDMTunes, by the way of Besomorph & Anthony Keyrouz. Besomorph is a rising German music producer who has already released with labels such as Trap Nation, NCS, Proximity and Nightblue Music. He’s recently amassed 1 million monthly listeners on Spotify, and after listening to his newest track, its easy to see why. The track i’m speaking of is a cover of a classic Timbaland tune alongside OneRepublic, titled ‘Apologize’. I think you may have of heard of it.
Apologize
Besomorph collaborated on ‘Apologize’ with Lebanese producer Anthony Keyrouz, as well as the French production duo Lunis. While the original was undoubtedly a hit, this take on the track is different, but just as good if you ask me. Besomorph & Anthony Keyrouz’ cover of ‘Apologize’ is a deep, vibey, house track that reminds me of some parts Meduza, & some parts Loud Luxury. There is a even a sweet future house type synth tucked away that reminds me a bit of Zonderling, or even Don Diablo. If you’re into catchy deep house, I recommend checking out ‘Apologize’.
When asked about the tune, Besomorph explained:
“This cover for “Apologize” came out very spontaneously as we enjoyed the process and instantly connected with the original. We knew exactly what sound we were aiming for and so we got there very quickly.”
With this track having a runtime of only 2:26, we won’t hold it against you if you play this one on repeat a few times. It also helps that the drop is extremely catchy. If you’re into deep, catchy house, or just awesome covers, you’re gonna want to check this track out. It’s out now, and can be streamed below. Enjoy!
