After much anticipation, Apashe’s 13-track album, “RENAISSANCE”, is finally out now on Kannibalen Records. The artist from Montreal has put an immense amount of work into this new release with very unique incorporations and features throughout the album.
“Renaissance” displays not only his clear raw musical talent but his impressive creative mindset as well. Besides including his signature sound, Apashe worked with a full on 70-piece orchestra during the production of the album. Other features on the album include Wifisfuneral, SLUMBERJACK, Tech N9ne, and a handful other talented artists. The album overall is infused with a heavy hitting sound that fits perfectly with the Kannibalen sound set.
When commenting on his new album, Apashe stated the following:
‘Classical music is so pure and electronic music is so raw, I have always loved to fuse them together. For this album I tried to do what has barely been done before in the electronic music scene: Compose with a symphonic orchestra, extract its epicness and delicacy, then blend it with something big and rough’
In today’s industry, creativity to allow an artist to stand out among other artists is essential and Apashe has hit grand slam with his inclusion of classical music in his new album. Make sure to check out Apashe’s new album in full now below:
