Dutch producer, Oliver Heldens was one of the most influential figure of the house scene in the 2010s. He found success starting in 2013 and was #34 on DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs in 2014. VICE even featured him in an article that covers his musical timeline and gives readers insight on his thoughts and his personal life. In addition, Heldens has another project, HI-LO where he puts out deeper, underground tracks.
Now, it’s revealed that Oliver Heldens has been planning to put out his first studio album. In an interview, he explains that he has cut down on touring since 2018 to prepare for his album. So in the span of two years, he has created a collection of new tracks that he will select from for the album.
Heldens predicts that at the end of this year or early next year, we can expect the album. He will also be releasing singles leading up to it.
