NGHTMRE is currently touring across the country to bring The Portal to different cities. However, the production tour bus was involved in a serious automobile accident that was reported around in the morning. The bus crashed into the barrier on North Loop on the way from Dallas to Houston and the cause of the crash is unknown.
The bus driver and five other passengers were taken to the hospital for injuries that weren’t life threatening. Other passengers were treated for minor injuries on the scene.
NGHTMRE put out a statement to update concerned fans as well as concert attendees following the accident. The sold out Houston show will continue as scheduled, but without The Portal. The production crew are currently taking a break to ensure their well being. So the NGHTMRE will work with the local Houston venue to work out production details for the night.
The tour features an incredible large scale setup that wouldn’t be possible without the hardworking production crew. So the recovery of the crew is vital for the tour to continue on.
