Australian DJ/Producer Fisher just announced his new EP. It is titled Freaks. It contains two tracks. Freaks will be released through Australian label Catch & Release, owned by the DJ himself. It’s set to be released on March 31.
Ever since releasing his mega track ‘Losing It’, Fisher has been on top of the tech-house game. Thousands gather to watch the Australian drop his hard house beats and mesmerizing rhythms. Apart from having such a unique personality, there’s no doubt Fisher helped house enter the mainstream specter once again. His tracks are played through festivals, raves, parties, and clubs all around the world. Now, Fisher comes in 2020 ready to take over once again with two new fresh weapons.

I said it a couple days ago, and now I reaffirm it. 2020 is the year of house. Yes, tech-house is not completely house. However, we can certainly talk about Fisher’s new EP helping prove my point. Freaks is now in the long list of house music being released by some major dons this year. This week wasn’t the best. Many festivals canceled. After all of this hearing about Fisher’s new EP makes us happy. New music is now the only thing to look forward to. We hope artists can use this time to get in the studio and give us some new tracks.
