Swiss DJ/Producer EDX has just released his first track of the year. It’s called ‘Adore Me’. While it might be a different song from what we’re used to, it still showcases his skills and talent. ‘Adore Me’ was released through Swiss label, PinkStar Records.
‘Adore Me’ is an empowering song. It talks about leaving behind relationships that use and abuse you. EDX himself teased the song just a few days ago in a Facebook video. You can check it out below.
After a 20 year career, EDX doesn’t appear to have lost a gram of talent. The DJ has transformed his style numerous times. Eventually, he’s reached a deep house style, giving it his own single touches to kinda remind you of tropical house. He delivers hit single after hit single. He’s one of the producers that keeps to his signature style every time.
One thing that surprised me a lot in ‘Adore Me’ was the drop. I haven’t heard such a strong EDX drop before. While the track’s vocals are still fresh and super tropical, the drop is different. It’s strong, raw, and drier than expected. This, however, was an amazing surprise. It ratifies his talent surf between genres, sound variety, and ability to always produce a standout track.
Along with this new track, EDX will be going on his Adore Me Tour. It will take place all over February. His tour will make stops in Canada, USA, and Switzerland. Check out the tour dates below.
