Coming onto the scene hot, black a.m. , a.k.a. Sinclair Wheeler, released his remix of NGHTMRE’s ‘CASH COW’. While the original, co-produced with rapper Gunna, is very much a hip-hop single, black a.m. takes samples from the song to create his take on it for something house fans will be sure to love.
Fans of the original will be pleased to hear that Wheeler kept Gunna’s vocals from the original’s chorus intact to use for his buildup, and also intermittently through the drops. Otherwise, black a.m.’s tech-house remix is totally different. The song opens up with a pretty standard house rhythm and vocal samples before shifting to a high-energy, fast paced drop that would get anybody dancing. Give the new release a listen here or below. With only three releases to date, black a.m. is new on the house scene but certainly not to the music industry as a whole. NGHTMRE fans may recognize him from “The Portal” tour, where Wheeler performed live alongside NGHTMRE. Prior to that, Sinclair toured with Machine Gun Kelly as his guitarist.
