Following the likes of EXIT Festival, Awakenings Festival is another long-standing festival celebrating its 20th anniversary this year! Slated to take place from June 27 to 28 in Spaarnwoude, Netherlands, the festival is promised to be “a special one” to celebrate the milestone. Featuring Reinier Zonneveld’s ‘Move Your Body To The Beat (Original Mix)’, the promotional video teases the festival’s return, promising “more info, very soon!”
One of the world’s most well-known techno festivals, Awakenings Festival 2019 featured the hottest names in techno. These included Adam Beyer, Amelie Lens, Charlotte de Witte, Nina Kraviz, Kôlsch, and ARTBAT, to name a few. Therefore, we expect nothing less in this year’s edition.
Leading up to the two-day festival in June, Awakenings will also be hosting several other events. Coming up soon is Awakenings Eindhoven 2020 on February 1, followed by an Easter Special in Amsterdam.
