As some of you may know, Headhunterz, the leader of hardstyle, cancelled his December shows recently. The shows cancelled due to health issues. Willem thought it was time to take a break. Today, his team gave fans an update on his health.
While Willem is getting better, he won’t be travelling until the end of January 2020. He is still going to play Paradiso Amsterdam where he’s bringing his new Orange Heart show to life. He performed at the Music Dome last week to test his strength performing shows. He’s getting back into it, slowly, but surely.
This is just a reminder that DJs need breaks too. Mental health is of the utmost importance in music. We wish Headhunterz a speedy recovery and hope to see him on the road once again very soon.
