Australian audio engineering prodigy Naderi has been one of dance music’s most influential behind-the-scenes musicians and is now ready to take the next big step in his own artist project. After working on some of electronic music’s biggest records by global superstars like Flume, Marshmello, Alison Wonderland, and What So Not, he now releases only his second original single, “Wasted Time,” a colossal trap collaboration with genre-defiant, boundary-pushing electronic artist Vincent.
Naderi has widely been credited with being one of the pioneers of the Australian bass scene with his groundbreaking work alongside Flume, Alison Wonderland and What So Not helping trailblaze the rise of Future Bass & Trap. Recently, he’s transitioned awayfrom his work behind the scenes to leaving his own mark as an artist with a series of critically acclaimed remixes for artists from Skrillex, Zhu, The Killers, Flume, Diplo and more which have seen him gain over 20,000,000 streams.
2018 and 2019 saw Naderi start putting out original productions along with working with some of the biggest electronic musicians in the world, from his co-production on Trippie Redd and Alison Wonderland’s “High,” to his debut single “Too Much Smoke.” He’s also caught the attention of Skrillex, who asked him to help with his remix for fellow Aussie legends Pendulum, and Marshmello and Jauz who both asked Naderi to help put his touch on their albums. This is just the beginning of a string of massive releases by Naderi so be sure to keep an eye on the artist-to-watch in 2020!
