This past weekend, the New Jersey native, 4B, made his return to the Tri-State area to perform at the iconic Webster Hall venue. Bobby McKeon Jr. otherwise known as 4B, now resides in Los Angeles which only made his homecoming show that much more special as his family and friends came out to celebrate his 27th birthday on this legendary night.
The show opened with the mysterious act called MIME who first made his debut performance at Electric Zoo this past Labor Day weekend. Once the clock struck 1A.M., 4B took the stage to perform to a packed Webster Hall crowd. It has really been a while since I’ve seen a DJ vibe so perfectly with his audience but 4B did exactly that as every song he threw down just had his fans going wild. From popular hip-hop tracks such as Blueface’s ‘Thotiana’ to classics like Natasha Bedingfield’s ‘Unwritten’, 4B played it all and put on a show for his hometown crowd. He even played his upcoming collaboration with Chris Brown that will surely turn some heads when it releases.
From the humble beginnings of playing at local clubs in Jersey and New York City to playing the biggest stages in the world including EDC Vegas and Ultra Miami, 4B has come a very a long way. It’s always special to return home to perform for those who have supported you throughout the your journey which made his show this past weekend that much more special. If you missed him this past weekend, 4B will be returning to the Tri-State Area to perform two more show before the years done at DAER Nightclub in Atlantic City on November 27th and NOTO in Philadelphia on December 20th.
