It’s true that time flies, isn’t it? Just like that, Ultra South Africa is heading towards its seventh edition in 2020. Given Ultra is Africa’s largest electronic music festival, the line up is already looking pretty good. And that’s just Phase 1!
A fitting choice as the background track, Chico Rose’s ‘Sad‘ (feat. Afrojack) alludes to the first DJ on the Phase 1 lineup: Afrojack. Presented in alphabetical order, names that follow include Black Coffee, Dash Berlin, DJ Snake, Jamie Jones and Steve Aoki.
Something worth noting is that it #UltraSA2020 would mark Steve Aoki’s first ever performance at Ultra South Africa. An even bigger milestone, the festival would mark Jamie Jones’ first performance in South Africa!
Ultra will be returning to South Africa on February 28 and 29, with Day 1 at The Ostrich Farm in Cape Town and Day 2 at Johannesburg‘s Nasrec Expo Centre. Ultra will once again be bringing its staples Ultra Mainstage and Resistance Stage to the country.
Tickets are available now through Ultra’s official site. Need a bit more convincing? Here’s the Ultra South Africa 2019 Aftermovie!
