National football team, Los Angeles Rams put out a promotional video using RL Grime‘s ‘Pressure’ as the soundtrack. Additionally, the caption on the website says “Ready to bring the pressure.” Both RL Grime fans and LA Rams fans were excited to see this cross collaboration. Henry Steinway, or better known as RL Grime, is a Los Angeles native. RL Grime never openly supported the team, but it’s only fitting that these LA superstars came to work together.
EDM has risen in popularity quickly, and many artists found themselves featured in incredible ways. ‘Dark Age’ by Rezz was used in the 2019 NBA Finals Promo, ‘REDLIGHT’ by NGHTMRE and A$AP Ferg is featured in NBA 2k20, Flume will be in FIFA 20, and Alison Wonderland’s ‘Here 4 U’ is the opening song of FIFA 20. However, these are just some recent examples of music and sports colliding together. Collaborations like all those are all amazing milestones and accomplishments. Electronic dance music has found its way into the top Billboard charts, in popular culture, and anywhere and everywhere.
‘Pressure’ is one of RL Grime’s most hype songs, and it truly fits perfectly with the Rams’ new promotional video.
