With one incredible release after another, it’s no secret that Matt is one of the most interesting figures in the electronic music scene. The producer has proved himself to be an unmatched force on both the creative and skillful fronts of his work.
Kerry Leva is a familiar voice on Matt’s music considering ‘In And Out Of Phase’ with Andrew Bayer. On a more recent note, she also featured on ‘In Me‘ taken out of his ‘Space Between‘ EP on Mau5trap.
‘Every Word’ pushes a stylistic envelope combining brooding techno and progressive sounds. Also, Kerry’s lyricism and distant vocal generate a despondent and simmering feeling. It’s generally not easy to define Matt’s eclectic production styles maintaining an interesting take on blending genres.
On a note which is just as important as the release of ‘Every Word’, Matt gave us an update on his Isorhythm label. His work speaks for itself, and it’s nothing short of compelling to add his samples into producers’ libraries.
