From selling out shows around the world to closing out festivals such as EDC Vegas, Elephante has done it all. Only to add to his list of accomplishments, the Harvard graduate has now partnered with his childhood friend Jack Falahee to form their very own band called Diplomacy. The two have just put out their debut track called ‘Silver Lake Queen‘ and as you can predict, the track is fascinatingly impressive.
What many may not know about Elephante was that prior to pursuing a career as a DJ, he was in a band and was a solo vocalist throughout college. That’s why it’s no surprise for him to return to his roots now that he’s a successful DJ to give his first passion some love. This isn’t the first time, Elephante has appeared as a vocalist on a track though. He sang on a handful of his own tracks including ‘Glass Mansion’ on his Glass Mansion EP and most recently his latest single in ‘Diamond Days’.
To accompany the release of their debut single, Diplomacy also released a music video for ‘Silver Lake Queen’. In the music video, Elephante trades in his usual stylish streetwear for a more trendy look as he performs instrumentally opposed to behind the usual turntables.
Diplomacy’s debut track ‘Silver Lake Queen’ is out now so check out the full music video below!
