TCTS – Lazerbeams
It’s Friday which means more new music to add to the weekend playlist! UK producer Sam O’Neill also known as TCTS has this week covered with his latest single, ‘Lazerbeams‘. The release marks his debut on the iconic Astralwerks dance label.
‘Lazerbeams’ starts off with a slow, ratting house beat. But going by his signature roots, there’s no question that it will build into an infectious house cut. Leading into the drop, TCTS infuses the track with beaming synths, hypnotic rhythm, and a funky dose of soulful bass.
Since his emergence as one of UK’s most prolific producers, TCTS has built a diverse discography amongst some of UK’s biggest labels such as MTA, Ministry of Sound, and Greco-Roman. His impressive array of originals and remixes have given him extensive airplay on BBC Radio and radio support from the likes of Pete Tong, Danny Howard, Annie Mac, and many others. Earlier this year, Sam linked up with Australian tastemakers The Aston Shuffle on the club hit, ‘Back To Me‘. And now after his latest single release, we can expect him to carry forward this momentum into the rest of 2019.
