On Tuesday, September 17th Resistance Ibiza closed out its third season at Privilege. This party took over the white isle being one of the first closing parties of the season. The nine-week Resistance residency finished with a lineup featuring some of the most popular DJs from the season.
The main room featured sets from British duo Sasha & John Digweed, techno legend Adam Beyer and the Ibiza king Carl Cox.
To finish out the night, Adam Beyer and Carl Cox had a special B2B finale set. Following their prior B2B set at Junction 2 festival earlier this year, these two producers made such an amazing team and left fans wanting more. This was the only time the two played together this season in Ibiza. During their Resistance set, they had a great dynamic and struck a perfect balance in track selections following their solo sets. If you couldn’t make it, you were lucky enough to get a livestream of the final 3 sets of the evening.
Privilege is definitely the most unique venue on the island and is truly unlike any other club I’ve been to. According to the Guinness Book of World Records, Privilege is considered the largest club in the world, calling it a ‘Superclub’ with a total capacity of 10,000 people. The Resistance series was able to take this massive venue and transform it into a Techno paradise creating an unparalleled experience for attendees. The venue was packed and the energy was truly amazing.
